Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds and disputes are handled for credit purchases on Certifly by Techmeraki (the “Service”). If there is any conflict between this Policy and our Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions control.
1. Credit Purchases (Non-Refundable)
All credit purchases are non-refundable. Credits are provided to your account upon successful payment (and in any event subject to payment confirmation by Razorpay).
2. Payments Processed via Razorpay
Payments for credit purchases are processed by Razorpay. Refunds (if any) and dispute handling may involve information shared with or actions performed through Razorpay and its payment networks.
3. Possible Exceptions (At Our Discretion)
In exceptional cases, we may review requests such as duplicate charges or payment failures where credits were not successfully applied. Any exception is handled case-by-case and does not create an obligation to refund.
4. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe there is an error with a charge, contact support@techmeraki.com before initiating a chargeback where possible. We may require payment and order details to investigate.
