1. Service Overview

Certifly provides tools to generate, manage, and verify certificates and related workflows. Some features may require credit purchases.

2. Accounts and Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You must ensure that you have the necessary rights/permissions to upload certificate content, including personal data, where applicable.

3. Credit Purchases (Non-Refundable Credits)

You may purchase credits to use Certifly. Credit purchases are non-refundable. Credits are added to your account after successful payment, and subject to payment confirmation through Razorpay.

4. Payments Processed by Razorpay

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By purchasing credits, you agree to Razorpay’s payment processing and any related terms/disclosures. We do not control how Razorpay processes payment information.

5. Refunds, Disputes, and Chargebacks

Because credit purchases are non-refundable, refund requests should be directed to our support team for review.

In case of a dispute or chargeback, please contact support@techmeraki.com with payment and order details when possible. We may require information to investigate.

6. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access.
• You agree not to upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform and its software are owned by Techmeraki or its licensors. Your use of the platform does not grant you ownership rights in the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techmeraki will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Rajasthan.
